Can you define Happiness? 

Ummm Let me try to Define it.

Happiness = Good food+ Good life+ GOOd WIFI connection right?

But no way that’s not what I meant okay?!!!!

Happiness means staying positive.

Happiness means laughing out loud. (LOL)

Happiness means taking out time for doing what you love,

(And in my case it’s playing with dogs, writing blogs and of course spending time with myself.)

Happiness also means sleeping as much as you wish.

Now coming back to our topic 

Let me tell you how Happiness can positively Impact your health.

1. Happiness helps you cope up with stress.

Everyone is aware of the word stress. So what I feel is that it’s not something that I need to clarify.

If you will feel happy from the inside out, your mind and heart will automatically catch the vibes and will feel at ease.

So Happiness helps us release the stress and help us move on with whatever things we are doing.

2. Happiness helps you be positive.

We live in a world where nowadays people see the negative side first and then the positive side.

It’s like half glass empty and half glass filled with water. It’s ultimately you who should think and choose the other way around.

Being positive will help you attract many good things in life.

3. Happiness helps your heart to be like a child.

You all would be missing your childhood right? I do miss my childhood like anything…

Do you know why we feel this way? Have you ever given that thought of why you miss that part of life?

It’s because we all know that those were the days where we used to be carefree, we used to do silly things which ultimately resulted in happiness we never imagined.

So even today though you are young, mature but still never lose that inner child in you.Go to the beach, run as much as you can with your bare feet, go hiking, dance like no one is there to judge you. go crazy as much as you can.

And the result will be a good life to your heart to beat for many more years and to enjoy a little more.

4. Happiness improves relations.

Frankly, No one wants to stay with those who are always negative or sad or whatever the thing is.

No doubt I personally feel and I love to help those who are depressed or sad, Because it’s our life and we should enjoy it to the fullest.

And Yeah to maintain good relations; Respect, Guidance, humor, fun and laughter is all you need.

5. Happiness helps you to be creative.

 I guess you must be thinking about the relationship between health and creativity. I tell you how they are related, If you will be happy, your mind will be free and fresh. With that state of mind, your mind will do those things which will result in some creativity.

Let me give you an example:

My friend who loves art craft and writing take out time for herself and with that state of mind, she does something so nice that I am only left with an option of amazement. But for that creativity, you need happiness and once you will do something creative, you will be happy.

So here is the advice, If you wish for good healthy relations BE HAPPY AND LET OTHERS BE HAPPY TOO.
